Currently Evella Design dispatch all orders via An Post.

We strive to get all orders ready and shipped same day if your order is placed before 2pm Mon-Fri.

Please allow 2-5 business days in the Rep. of Ireland and 3-15 days in the UK, EU and worldwide delivery.

Evella design will not be held liable for rates, the destination countries import taxes, or any type of additional duties, surcharges or fees that your country or local postal system may charge you in addition to your shipping charge. Your country can hold your package until you pay the final part of the fee if they deem that it should be imposed on your item. 

Please note that if your order is shipped in error as a result of inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information provided during the checkout, risks and additional costs will be your responsibility.

Any fees in relation to address corrections, delivery attempts, courier service charges and package redirecting to the correct address will be charged to you.

Any claims for packages that arrive damaged or are lost in transit should be made by you to us within a 48 hours from your dispatch confirmation.

Once delivery confirmation by An Post or other courier services indicates a package has been delivered, we do not have any responsibility as to the security of the package. 




In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU), personalised goods made according to custom specifications (i.e. personalised gifts, photos or logos on products) may not be returned/refunded as they are un-sellable to another customer. 

Faulty and Damaged Items

We absolutely do our best to perfect every order however, if you find an error with your order, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately in order to remedy the issue.

Faulty and damaged items must be reported to us with photographs within 48 hours of receipt of the package.


​Unwanted Items 

Simply return your unwanted item within 28 days of receipt unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, your return must be in a re-sellable condition (excluding personalised items)

You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging. Where an item is damaged or returned otherwise than as per our stated requirements above, we reserve the right to refuse redress.


Personalised Goods

In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU), customised goods made according to custom specifications (i.e. personalised with name, date or photo) may not be returned.

This Returns Policy is in accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU). These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Please note: Items that have been personalised with a name are non-refundable. 

​In order to return your purchases, you will need to email our customer services requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number.

This number must be clearly indicated on the outside of the packaging before returning. 

Return your parcel using a tracking service by your local An Post office or courier company. 

We cannot refund or be held responsible for missing goods.
